2012

First Batch Commercial-Grade Liquid Crystal Phase SLMs Successfully Delivered

2014

UPOLabs has received Shanghai Technological Innovation Fund support, launching multiple product brands including HDSLM, MagicHolo, and LETO, along with various versions of UPOLabs SLM application software.

2015

The Liquid Crystal Spatial Light Modulator (LC-SLM) timing controller and other application accessories have been successfully developed and launched to the market, addressing the urgent needs of numerous customers.

2016

The 1.0 version of the high frame rate liquid crystal spatial light modulator HDSLM63R was released, and the vortex light application software MagicHoloVortexBeam system was released. Successfully developed a series of multi-line lasers, and applied diffractive optics technology to the field of three-dimensional measurement, so that the scientific research results can meet the needs of the industry and perfectly realize the implementation of the technology.

2017

China took the lead in releasing the 1550nm band LC-SLM HDSLM80R-TEC and the near-infrared band LC-SLM HDSLM80R-NIR, ending the history of no independent brand SLM in the infrared and communication bands in China, and opening the industrial application development of liquid crystal space optical modulators in the field of optical communications.

2018

The 1.0 version of the high-frame-rate small-pixel liquid crystal spatial light modulator HDSLM45R was released, and the 1.0 version of the LETOSC21RA laser controller was released. UPOLabs serves many equipment integrators in the field of machine vision 3D measurement, and provides professional laser modules for 3C manufacturers.

2019

Exclusive supplier of a major scientific research project in China

2020

Ruilik UPOLabs LCD space light modulator control software project (project number 202008561) won the Shanghai High-tech Achievement Transformation Certificate.

2021

The 4K series HDSLM36R series of liquid crystal spatial light modulators were released, and SLM entered the 4K era. The HDSLM80R-Plus series of LCD spatial light modulators was released, and the era of full HD SLM10bit has arrived.

2022

For the first time, it undertook the national key research and development plan: high-speed space light modulator project

2024

UPOLabs has innovatively developed the industry-first "SmartCast" mode, now successfully implemented in DMD spatial light modulator designs.
