VLCOC 2023 - Visible Light Communication and Optical Computing Conference was organized under the guidance of the Greater Bay Area Internet Alliance, hosted by the Chinese Optical Society and the Shenzhen Association for Science and Technology, and co-organized by the Holography and Optical Information Processing Committee of the Chinese Optical Society, the Shenzhen Computer Society, and the Shenzhen University Town Management Service Center. The event was also supported by Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School and the Shenzhen Visible Light Communication and Optical Computing Industry Alliance.

The conference brought together over a hundred experts, scholars, entrepreneurs, and academics from around the world to discuss the latest advancements and future trends in visible light communication (VLC) and optical computing.
