The National Conference on Laser Technology and Optoelectronics (LTO) is a high-level Chinese-language academic conference focusing on laser and related fields, initiated and organized by the Chinese Laser Press. The conference aims to advance academic progress and development in laser and related fields in China, promote the exchange of laser technologies, and provide a professional platform for domestic laser academic exchanges. Since its inception in 2006, the LTO conference has been successfully held for 20 sessions. After two decades of development, it has become the largest Chinese-language academic conference in the laser and related fields in China.

To continuously advance the development of laser technology nationwide and foster the exchange of laser technologies, the Chinese Laser Press will hold the 21st National Conference on Laser Technology and Optoelectronics (LTO 2026) in Changsha from June 12 to 15, 2026. The conference will invite renowned experts and academic leaders in the field of lasers and optoelectronics in China to deliver keynote presentations and will feature high-level parallel sessions. Participants will jointly explore the latest developments in laser and optoelectronics technologies, promoting closer integration of industry, academia, and research in the field of lasers and optoelectronics.

At this conference, UPOLabs will present a variety of optoelectronic experimental systems and spatial light modulators.
