UPOLabs Diffraction-free Beam Experimental System is suitable for generating non-diffracting beams including Bessel beam and Airy beam.

In the field of optical imaging, non-diffracting Bessel beam is used in the fabrication of microscope systems and highly compact imaging systems. In application behaviors of plasmas and plasmon, diffraction-free Airy beam generates a curved plasma channel in air,addressing the situation that the conical radiation of plasma channels generated by Gaussian beams overlaps on the observation plane, making it difficult to observe and detect the plasma characteristics of specific sections.


Compared to Bessel beam ,during transmission in optical communication, Airy beam features minimal beam spreading, strong resistance to interference in turbulent environments, and self-focusing in free space.
